At the school’s or venue's discretion, the event may be rescheduled. If this occurs, your tickets will automatically be reset, making them available for future use at the rescheduled event.
If the event has been rescheduled and your tickets are still stamped as "Expired" or "Used", please restart the S2 Pass app to ensure your tickets are updated.
If the school or venue hosting the event elects not to reschedule the event, please contact the school or venue to determine how they will handle the canceled event. They may choose to refund all or a selection of the tickets that were purchased for the event. However, please keep in mind that the school or venue has no obligation to issue a refund as stated in the S2 Pass Terms of Service.
