How do I create my own custom category for event classification?

By adding these categories, you can manipulate your financial reporting detail. After these categories have been added and tickets have been processed using these categories, these transactions will be delineated in your financial reports exactly like the default categories S2 Pass provides.

Please follow the steps below to create your own custom categories:

  1. Go to
  2. Login to your administrative portal
  3. Click on “Account Settings”
  4. Find “Custom Event Categories”
  5. Press “Add”
  6. Type in your “Category Name”
  7. Select your preferred “Category Icon”
  8. Press “Save”
