To enable manual ticket verification please follow the steps below:

This process allows your staff members to redeem tickets without using the scanner.

1. Go to admin.s2pass.com
2. Find the “Ticket Validation”
3. In this section, find the ON / OFF button for “Self-Validation”
4. Set this to “ON”
5. Press “Update”
